The Feds have declared war on the Pro-life movement evidently.

Franciscan Friar Christopher “Fidelis” Moscinski, 52, who is serving jail time on a state conviction for blocking women from entering a Westchester County clinic has been hit with federal charges for allegedly padlocking the doors to a Planned Parenthood building in Long Island.

This follows a raid by the FBI of a Pennsylvania Pro-lifer who was charged for allegedly pushing a Planned Parenthood escort.

Moscinski is accused of fastening five locks — some with glue poured in them — to the Hempstead facility’s gate on the morning of July 7 before it opened for the day, according to a criminal complaint against him filed in the Eastern District of New York.

“Isaiah said woe to those who call good evil and evil good. Woe to those who call abortion a right,” Moscinski reportedly said at his sentencing.

“You disallowed the justification defense and that injustice was compounded by the jury and also by the sentencing you have given, I plead the blood of Jesus on this courtroom,” he added.

On Thursday, Moscinski was charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

“This Office will enforce federal law to protect clinics and staff that provide reproductive health services while safeguarding the rights of their patients,” Breon Peace, the US attorney for the Eastern District of New York, said in a statement.

Yet, according to James Harden, the CEO of a pro-life pregnancy center, there have been over 70 attacks on pro-life pregnancy resource centers (domestic terror organization Jane’s Revenge has taken credit for this) and there have been no arrests made.

As we have repeatedly noted, right isn’t always legal.
