The Bible Doesn’t say “Don’t judge!” The Bible rather says one should judge rightly:

“Open thy mouth, judge righteously, And minister justice to the poor and needy.” (Proverbs 31:9)

“Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.” (John 7:24)

“Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother sin, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.” (Luke 17:3)

“Ye hypocrites, ye know how to interpret the face of the earth and the heaven; but how is it that ye know not how to interpret this time?  And why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right? For as thou art going with thine adversary before the magistrate, on the way give diligence to be quit of him; lest haply he drag thee unto the judge, and the judge shall deliver thee to the officer, and the officer shall cast thee into prison.” (Luke 12:56-58)

“I can of myself do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is righteous; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.” (John 5:30)

“Yea and if I judge, my judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.” (John 8:16)
